Directorate Change – Appointment of Rachel Osborne as non-executive director

Marston’s PLC announces that Matthew Roberts, who has served as a non-executive director and Chair of the Audit Committee since 2017, will retire from the board with effect from 23 January 2024. (PDF 123 KB)
